Returns

In the event of non-compliance, the customer may return purchased Item to Us within twenty (20) days of receipt of the goods by contacting Customer Service. The customer can then request a credit or exchange the item for another product, within the limit of available stocks.

For the customer to return purchased products, following rules apply:

• The item must be in new condition, without any degradation. It must not have been worn, engraved, or modified in any way. An inspection will be made by our experts upon receipt of the return. Exchange or credit may be denied in some cases
• Return merchandise in its original packaging in a safe manner, including the purchase invoice
• Ship your prepaid package within ten (10) days of receipt of the goods
