Delivery Information

Galazzo Jewelry delivers products to any destination in Canada and USA. We do not ship to PO box addresses.

International Shipping

Currently we ship only to USA post addresses.

Shipping Charges

The charge for standard postage and packing is following:

• Canada – domestic shipping (including insurance): CAD 15.00
• USA* – international shipping (including insurance): CAD 50.00

* International shipping may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the delivery reaches that destination. Please note that we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Delivery Time

Our standard delivery time for all items from seller’s stock is usually:

• Canada: up to 10 working days.
• USA: up to 15 working days.

Items that are not in the stock, may take additional 15 working days on top of standard delivery time, for shipment delivery.

Delivery times may be extended during certain busy periods (Sale periods, Christmas or other holidays). Details on availability and delivery dates are not obligatory, unless confirmed in writing by the Seller.

Please note that all orders are delivered by courier service. All shipment must be signed upon delivery. Galazzo Jewelry recommends to make visual inspection of shipment and goods before signing receipt. Galazzo Jewelry is not responsible for any damage or loss made in transport or made by third parties.

Delivery will be made from the seller’s local stock. If you make your order before 14:00h, shipping usually takes place on the same day.

Note: The seller is not liable for delays in delivery, which have their origin outside of the business of the seller, especially in case of delays caused by transport companies or other third parties or in case of force majeure. Check our Shipping information before order for any changes in delivery terms.
