Returns and Refunds Policy

We do our utmost to show the Products on Our Website as faithful as possible. In the event of product non-compliance, the customer may return purchased Item to Us within twenty (20) days of receipt of the goods by contacting Customer Service. The customer can then request a credit or exchange the item for another product, within the limit of available stocks.

For the customer to return purchased products, following rules apply:

  • The item must be in new condition, without any degradation. It must not have been worn, engraved, or modified in any way. An inspection will be made by our experts upon receipt of the return. Exchange or credit may be denied in some cases
  • Return merchandise in its original packaging in a safe manner, including the purchase invoice

Once the items are received, our jeweler experts will inspect the condition of the returned item, and if the returned item meets the return requirements, it will be exchanged or credited as per your request. You will be notified by e-mail of the decision.

A period of seven (7) days is requested after receipt of the returned goods to our premises before proceeding with the exchange or the credit. In case of credit return, this will be done on the same credit card that was used for the purchase.

However, this return right may not apply in the case of any Products that are made to your specification or are clearly personalized.

If You want to return or exchange Product(s) you have purchased at Our Website, please fill in the Product Return Form – RMA before sending products back to Us. We will contact You and send you instructions on product return procedure.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 01 Boulevard Labelle, Rosemère, QC J7A 3T2, Canada

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
